VanLeaf.com are refundable unless otherwise stated (example custom-made items...).
2. All delivery costs are to be borne by purchaser.
3. You need to notify us by email to support@vanleaf.com
(with your purchase particulars) within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Send back to us immediately by registered mail the item together with the
purchase receipt.
5. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
6. We’ll refund you within 3 days after receiving your return.

exchange policy?
For exchange, simply treat
it as refund according to our refund policy as stated above. Then just place
your new order for the item which you intended to replace or exchange.

Colors shown represent true product color as accurately as possible. However
due to color reproduction on computer monitor, physical product color may vary
slightly.
For traditional hand-printed
batik garment, it is normal to have some minor dye print imperfections. It is
this unique, batik’s natural characteristic that raised the value of batik as
a piece of art work. Batik is very durable:
it is more colorfast than printed
fabrics because through the dyeing process the fabric absorbs the color so well
that it will not easily fade.
