Shipping to a different Address?

For your information, if you need us to deliver to a different address (example to your office or send a gift to someone else), it’s never a problem. You are able to store up to five (5) different shipping addresses in your account for convenient use.

Shipping methods, charges & schedule?

Domestic (Singapore)
- Via Singapore Post registered mail or hand delivery.
- S$5 Flat rate for delivery and handling.
- Normally delivered within 2-3 working days (urgent request can also be arranged).
- Delivery timing during office hours between 10am-5pm (special request can also be arranged).

International (outside Singapore)
- You can choose from two (2) options. Both are registered mail service.

- Shipping and handling charges are based on Singapore Post rates depending on weight, destination and option selected (regular or express service). In general, shipping rate by Singapore Post Air Mail (regular air mail service) is lower than SingPost SpeedPost (express courier service). However, depending on weight & destinations, sometimes it can be higher, especially for weight closer to the 1kg limit. In such event, you’d definitely like to choose the faster yet cheaper Speedpost service.
- The shipping charges for both regular & express services will be automatically calculated and displayed for you to choose when you go to Checkout.
- Customs & Import duties (if applicable) are to be borne by purchaser.
- Shipment will be processed within 1-2 working days.

For any special shipping instructions, you can inform us by filling the “Add Comments About Your Order” box in the Checkout page.

Be sure that you have typed in the correct information (address etc.) in order to prevent any unnecessary delay.

How do I check on my delivery status?

You can check if your order has been delivered by clicking on "My Account" at the top right-hand corner, to view your “Order History”.

VanLeaf is fully committed to customer satisfaction and guarantees that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied with any of our products for whatever reason, just send it back to us and we’ll give you a smooth refund of the purchase price. No question asked!

Conditions for refund...

1. ALL items purchased from VanLeaf.com are refundable unless otherwise stated (example custom-made items...).
2. All delivery costs are to be borne by purchaser.
3. You need to notify us by email to support@vanleaf.com (with your purchase particulars) within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. Send back to us immediately by registered mail the item together with the purchase receipt.
5. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
6. We’ll refund you within 3 days after receiving your return.
